Stop shooting IMMEDIATELY and check the barrel for obstructions if: -you have difficulties in chambering a cartridge or feel unusual resistance -a cartridge misfires -a fired cartridge case is not extracted -you see unburned grains of powder in the mechanism -a shot sounds abnormal or weak These obstructions may be caused by a bullet lodged way down the barrel. Do not fire another bullet in the obstructed barrel as this may damage the firearm and cause serious injury to both the shooter and bystanders. Bullets lodged in the barrel may be caused by: -a cartridge loaded without propellant powder, or with powder failing to ignite (ignition of the cartridge primer without powder will push the bullet out of the cartridge case, but it is usually not enough to eject the bullet from the gun barrel) 16 6. -a bullet that is not sealed tightly in its cartridge case. If a cartridge with a loose bullet is removed from the chamber without being fired, the bullet may remain in the barrel. Putting another cartridge in the chamber may push the first bullet further into the barrel. If you suspect the bullet is obstructing the barrel, unload the firearm immediately and look through the bore. Do not simply look inside the chamber as the bullet may be loaded further down the barrel where it cannot be seen easily. IF A BULLET IS OBSTRUCTING THE BAR REL, DO NOT TRY TO SHOOT IT OUT WITH ANOTHER CARTRIDGE, A BLANK CARTRIDGE, OR A CARTRIDGE WITH THE BULLET REMOVED. THIS MAY CAUSE EXCESSIVE PRESSURE AND CAUSE SERIOUS DAMAGE TO THE FIREARM AND INJURY TO THE SHOOTER OR OTHERS. Dislodge the bullet by tapping it with a cleaning rod. Then clean any unburned powder grains in the chamber, mechanism and bore before firing again. If tapping with a cleaning rod does not dislodge the bullet, it will be necessary to have a gunsmith remove it...

 i would buy another one just to have , great gun. Great gun great price, the gun is great , multiple safety systems provide a good deal of confidence in the product. . Never owned a gun before now love this one is is cute and easy to handle, but it did not coe with a guide., great gun for the money. Very well made pistol.i havea little trouble with the safety lever., a good handgun., shot it for the first time today. very easy to use. not much recoil., seems simple which i like.

 i just bought the gun. i have no experience with it; currently taking a gun course, the thunder is the ideal weapon for a backup arm. A great gun in my opinion , no opions, haven't fired it yet but it looks and feels user friendly and it is easy to disassemble to clean. . Great gun for the money, great gun great conceal too. Compact with features of a larger caliber. great gun., great gun for the money. love it and it's my carry gun, only problem i am having is sometimes the last shell in the mag. jams before loading., great gun.

 found it to be a very easy and reliable, am real pleased, inherited this gun from my father about 6 years ago and had never used it. friends took me target shooting a few days ago. this gun is spot on and easy to operate. it will make a great concealed weapon. i highly recommend getting a holster for it and a second clip. it is powerful and i will likely get another grip for it simply because i'm a female and the grip is a bit too sharp in my hand - if i can find a grip for a female, that is.. Worse instruction booklet ever. poorly written, very lite gun, i'm very happy witg my versa 380 thunder. I like the bersa thunder 380. only thing is, i got it disassambled, and now, i can't get the slide far enough forward to engage the ridges on the frame. i think i also made a mistake in disassembly by removing the takedpwn lever. charles mccandless south mountain firearm repair & sales, no opinion yet, still haven't forund assembly/reassembly manual. Looked at all guns. thaught this was the best. well liked so far., good gun
